An exclusive collection of just 58 thoughtfully designed new build houses for sale in Wiltshire, from two bedroom terraces to four bedroom detached houses, all with parking. Burderop Park is located on the edge of the Marlborough Downs within the North Wessex Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Surrounded by an historic estate and boasting acres of open space with footpath routes throughout the parkland, along with extensive open and landscaped spaces for residents to enjoy - Burderop Park promises to be a truly special place to live.
I am familiar with C&C as they converted (beautifully) Sundridge Park Mansion House, Bromley - and did a splendid job on the apartments. They are apartments that are a sound investment and I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend them. The new housing estate at Burderop Park however, whilst it has the potential to be a welcoming and family-friendly place to live, so very many residents have reported horrendous issues with their new homes - in both phase 1 & 2. 'Snagging' of course happens with all 'new builds' but these properties (there is only about 60) have a long long list of issues with windows, walls, flooring and so on. This estate's reputation will be permanently blighted unless the issues can be addressed, as otherwise the value of the properties will not be realised when owners come to sell... who wants to buy a house that has so many issues?
Beautiful homes being built by City & Country. The location has gorgeous views and you can see the care and attention to detail that has been put into these properties. Truly a magnificent sight.
Housing developement in burderop. Hidden away in the trees.
Never been here but everyone else says it's ok. May mark down because of tree line
Really lovely peaceful grounds
Under development but the houses that have been completed give you an idea if how the area will look when finished and it will be a great looking housing estate
Wheelchair-accessible car park
Wheelchair-accessible entrance
